REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Our products are digital ebooks delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
Right to cancel (EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you normally have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to digital content once you have started downloading or accessing it, where you have given your prior express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right to cancel.
By completing your purchase and choosing to download or access your ebook immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that content.
If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your purchase, you may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@gorillaebooks.com, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Faulty or incorrect products
If your ebook fails to download, arrives corrupted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@gorillaebooks.com. We will provide a working copy or, where we cannot, a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved a refund and you have not received it, contact us at support@gorillaebooks.com.
